Id say the right one is the deact? Just because I cant see any spring under in the gap beneath the top cover :P.

If it wasnt for that I wouldnt know! In fact Im probably wrong!

I can't tell if the front sight is hooded or not :3 That would be the differing factor.

The one on the right looks more like an AKM sight though, so I'll assume that's the deac.

They are both type 56... front sights look identical to each other.

The one on the right is the deac, you can tell by the wood furniture and lack of spring under the top cover.

I'd say the one on the right's the deactivated one; the finish is less consistent.
