British M4/M16 DMR?
23 August, 2012, 15:59
Hey guys, just thought I'd post this as it seemed a bit unusual.
Was just watching an episode of 'Young Soldier', and saw one of the guys had what looked like an M4 or M16. It had a sliding crane stock, what looks like a Magpul MOE pistol grip, a folding front grip and a larger variant of an ACOG. From the fact he was the only one with one of those, and that the optic looked a bit larger and more intricate than most, I'd assume it was some sort of DMR. The bodywork and mag suggests it may even be an SR25, however I haven't heard of Brits using them either. :S
Has anyone ever seen/heard of this and can shed some light on it? Pictures below:

Ok, thanks guys. Was a bit intruiged as I'd never seen any kind of Armalite variant used within normal British Army units!
Does anyone know if it's been copied for an airsoft gun yet?

No-one said they were?! If you notice there was a question mark on the end of the topic title and the OP is phrased as a question and not a statement. Engage brain then post.

Re: British M4/M16 DMR?
I'm sure there was a thread somewhere here where a few people had converted their DMR's in to one? I would find it for you but I need to sleep.
