In terms of the Mk18 Mod. 0 I think the PEQ-2 is JUST feasible on an older build, the PEQ-15 is the one to go for... (Technically you'll want the LA-5 variant of this too, but only a couple of airsoft replicas exist). The PEQ-16 is only in use by the USMC as far as I'm aware.
