Your M14 EBRs
24 November, 2012, 22:29
So I know there's a thread for M14s but I'm looking for a load of inspirational pictures for my EBR when I get my hands on it and thought given the significant differences between the standard M14s and EBRs it warranted its own thread.
Then again, could be wrong and next to no-one might have one kicking around. But still, would love to see them and if someone posts something nice be prepared to have questions asked lol.

You got to admit, these guns are built for a purpose not for a fashion.

Agreed. I use mine to snipe. Single only. If I ran around with it I'd probably have a heart attack.

The m4 stock just kills the look of the EBR

What scope you got on there? Looks pretty snazzy, though I also like the red dot/magnifier look and reckon it could be quite handy for airsoft.

I dont think its THAT bad! Might go for a ctr at some point.
As it is now is practical battery wise tho.

I personally don't like them, wonder if you can fit a magpul PRS stock on it think that would look quite nice

Re: Your M14 EBRs
Its a King Arms M3 Replica, with the G&P Knights mounts. About £230 all in.
And while they do have aesthetic charm, EBR's are not the easiest RIFs to use. Particularly the G&P conversion kits. Extremely heavy for their relative size, and almost all of it on the front. Smaller players may have issues with them. The G&G and CA are thankfully a bit lighter. While i absolutely love mine, i wouldnt recommend them to everyone, especially as they cost up to 3 times as much as the standard M14 which does the same job.
