Re: Stock or no stock..?
I'm actually after a folding PDW stock for it, purely for the better weight distribution (as mentioned above), and to offer more practicality when using the scope.
It's basically a CYMA MP5K. There's some wobble between the lower receiver and upper receiver, but I think that's just CYMA quality control in a nutshell.

Re: Stock or no stock..?
I think lose the scope, Will. And no stock.
Is a scope really practical/needed on an MP5K?
You rocking this mad creation on Sunday?

With the range this thing has, a scope
IS
practical. Not needed, but practical.
I'll be using this in combination with my shotgun on Sunday, I think - won't have the scope on it though, as I have no lens protector yet...

Re: Stock or no stock..?
As spatch says I prefered to get rid of the "Claw Mount" that I had on my MP5 A5 as it made it too top heavy and opted for a low type one that sits pretty much flush to the top of the Receiver. Otherwise not too bad :-)

There's a couple reasons I chose that scope mount: It's QR, and I like the added weight.
I don't know why... Maybe I'm just too buff?

Re: Stock or no stock..?
on my high mount you can still use the iron sights thats why i picked one over the low mounts

Re: Stock or no stock..?
Love it as is! Nice build. I too would prefer the lower profile mounts, though. The scope looks like it's raised by pillars. :P

Re: Stock or no stock..?
Thinking of getting a smaller dot sight/scope for this, as this end-of-the-world scope is now on my KWA MP9.
Suggestions?

Will you still be using the same mount? Perhaps a clone Docter sight might suit?

Or perhaps this? Cheap, and will look nice. No need for the mount, either.
