They call it a Scar, but its really looks like a mix between a few different guns.

I Love crysis for that "scar"

Its clearly an XM8 which was the main competition against the Scar for the new US gun. Someone must of gotten them mixed up and then realized too late so made a mishmash of both.

Sorry to dissapoint but the XM8 Project got scapped quite unexpectadly! So there isnt a chance of the XM8 being the next main battle rifle for the U.S.

On another note, seeing as everyone is posting their L96's here is mine!

yeah even though in testing it was just over 6 times more reliable than the M4! why they didn't continue with it i dont know! or at least the 416!

true but apparently H&K were willing to offer the 416 for the same price as the m4!?!
