Do you really need 18 mags to run those g3s ?? surely they all take the same mag you could get away with like 6/10
There's nothing wrong with having lots of mags.

Keeper - That SG1 convert is SO much nicer than a PSG1. Even tho it's an available body etc, it still seems very original, and I'm sure you'll never come across anyone else with one. Aeviv did a very good job! What's it running? And can I suggest a finishing touch, a PSG1 trigger?

Haha, aeviv didn't build it! He got it in a trade, then got me to come along to check it over tech-wise, and I nicked it off him then.
And yes, looking at photos of the real one, it needs a trigger shoe. God knows where I'm going to get one though.

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
Is the cheek pad and butt adjustable like the real one?
Can I ask what you swapped for it?
Having another look at it, I reckon if you removed the rear sight, and lowered the scope it would make the rifle look a lot better (maybe even a new, more "chunky" scope). I like scopes to be as low as possible...

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
Nah it'snot adjustable. Pity that, but at leat it looks true to form.
I traded an AG36 with iron sights, and about £200. So not cheap.
I may be getting some low mounts for it yes, the only irritating thing is that with the rear sight removed on G3s, you can see the gearbox, which kills the realism stone dead for me.

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
You could, just an idea... Buy a long mount, face the extended part backwards, and hopefully, that would cover the gear box (out of sight). I don't know if those mounts only fit on one way though?

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
No worries, if it works, let us see/know how it looks. Aeviv seems to have one of those extended long mounts on his MC-51. Why don't you ask him if it fit's on backwards...

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
Will do. I used to have one but never had any reason to try. Looking at the MSG though, I can't see why not.
