Not pretty but have read on AK forums they work well.

Not too expensive really, £250. Just like new not a single scratch all extras as issued to the military.

There is an IR red filter included and I was wondering what it was for as there is no light emmited by these at all, they are passive. Aparently they were issued to snipers with the idea that they spotted the IR light source used by other soldiers then they could be neutralised first....

When you offer it to your shoulder, it is not very comfortable to use normaly. You cant bring your eye to the scope as you would a tele, it sits to far foreward. It seems to be most comfortable if you have it against your right shoulder then sight through with your left eye....Sounds strange and may take a while to get used to shooting.
