Does anyone know where to get the VFC PEQ-15 in Tan (the one with a working laser, and can take a li-po battery)?

Yup, it's going to be HK retailers I expect, that's where I got mine from, although it's the torch/laser PEQ-15 rather than the laser/battery box one. Mine can be had in the UK for £100 although I've never seen the laser/battery box one for sale in the UK. There's a 'Beta Project' one that's a laser/battery box combo which can be had for $20 + shipping, etc

Okay thanks, Ratty very kindly pointed out one of the Chinese copies with a working laser unit installed as well as the ability to have a battery in. Think I might consider it [on a budget] and see how things go.

Havent fired it yet only got it about hour and abit ago!

i like the look of it but with the box mag loaded and it being a full metal gun its HEAVY!

c mag = no! - i wish there was a cmag mid cap - that only did 100 rounds, then id buy one as backup for when im using real caps haha

i probally wont use the cmag its too heavy and gets in my way but i like it in in when its in my room because it looks badass - i hope this makes all you cmag haters happy :D

Well the only way I'd like to see anyone with a Box mag/ Drum Mag/ Beta C mag on an M16 is if they've got a light in front of the sight attached to the barrel, with a UV filter on, looking like the one on Blade 2.

(Oh and then you have to use it in one hand! :D)

That's what I had been desperate to do with my first AEG, haha! I was going to put about 4 tac lights on it or something silly and just try and one hand it. Upon reflection, I'm quite glad I didn't.

Just had my first fire with it the range seems to be very good and acuracy is pretty good il put a tbb in it sometime apart from that it is loud but the whole gun hasnt got one bit of wobble on it!

If it's one of A&K's recent, full metal (steel bodied) models, with good trigger response, then there's a possibility they've put the SR-25's (6.02mm) barrel in there.
