keep looking for something a bit futuistic mate, you got some pics of some raptures?

Unfortunately, it's my understanding that you can only get the grips, if you own a real steel Raptor, and send the original grips back to the factory, they will send you a new pair. Maby ask some of the guys on the larger forums. I think Junior/Clockwork_O/Racing Maniac or someone of that ilk should be able to help. If you're that bothered.

Actually forgot they had the Raptor name on them. Something similar would look nice though I think.

How long did it take?

By hand it'd take an eternity.

With a machine polisher (after sanding the slide to bare metal) sub 1 hour, I'd be willing to offer it as a service aslong as the slide is provided to me bare with no sights (ala a glock slide) with no internals.

no, i just sanded down my barrel not the slide, but i must say that glock is very nice and so is that 1911 rockdog

UMP is a very good gun. It is quite heavy but comes with a folding stock. I havent got anything on the rails yet but i have silencer.

only downside in my opinion is the magazines and batteries are expensive because they are custom.
