You can, you just have to take it apart and unscrew/screw in the spring slightly. But I'll agree it's not as easy as the PCS system.
However the G&G bolt is far more consistant shot-to-shot than the Tanaka bolt, so it's worth it to me.
Sam that sig is lovely mate.
I think you misunderstand mate. The VSR conversion requires you to remove the nozzle. The part that loads the BBs into the chamber, and which the gas then flows through. On the normal bolt, you just pull it out, and put the new one in. The G&G powerbolt however has a nozzle built into the bolt, it's not removable. If you're good with tools, and have access to a good lathe and experience in machining, you could probably remove the nozzle by just chopping it off, and setting a small hole for the new nozzle to go in. Generally though, people ditch the powerbolt and use the regular bolt if they're going for the VSR system. The BGS hop system is still usable with the G&G powerbolt though. It's not the best, but it's an improvement.
Anyway, lovely gun, but not as nice as mine ; )

Ah, I see what you mean. I thought he was talking about the G&G bolt not having the same PCS system as the stock Tanaka bolt.
Thanks for the advice though, I'll be leaving the VSR hop conversion for now then.
And yes, yours is goddamn gorgeous.

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
This gun is the result of 3 things.
1) a whole roll of black tape
2) a crappy £5 shotgun
3) a bored person
This is the result, i call it, BADASS SHOTGUN

Re: Pictures Of Your Guns
Ideally I'd like it slightly less stubby, but as you say, it's a cracking CQB option... I have and M733 and an M16 with an M203 really, so it;s a gun for each occasion...

Nice rifle BEN, I'd change the black stock for a tan one, but apart from that, looking forward to how it ends up
