My G&G looks like a piece of poo compared to what's already been posted above me, but you gotta start somewhere eh, and it's got the delta silencer on it now courtesy of sgt bulletproof
Hope it doesn't look too pants compared to what's already been put up... :S

Re: Colt M4 & Variants
'Delta' M733 looks great, I was wondering wether to age mine or not to be inline with my AKM, now the answers yes. Loose the P-mag tho and stay away from magpul on this.
Is that the G&P? Mine is and has the same carry handle but all the RS pics I see of it have the horizontal rotation adjustment on the rear sight like M4's. I've turned min in to a XM177 with new flash hider, grip, taking off the bayonet lug from the foresight and VN mags but the cartridge deflector on the upper receiver spoils it

Re: Colt M4 & Variants
Yeah, thinking of something like an acog or a aimpoint
and then want a rail system with foregrip

Great, so what was your fav of all the ACOG's you tried then mate? I think it will look better with the front sight off so shall try and get a low profile gas block.

Re: Colt M4 & Variants
Course up to you. Most British SF use the ACOG with a front site. I’ve had ACM options but my fave was a G&P 4x I think it was about £120
Here’s my old VFC M4 with G&P option
G&P again on PTW
ACM Red Dot this time but no front sight
G&P on Escort M4
Few differant options to compare

It is a G&P yes, I'm not too bothered about how realistic it is to be honest, never have been either! !t shoots like a dream and is perfectly balanced for me so i'm a happy chappy!
I've magpulled it a bit more now unfortunately, I had a MOE stock hanging around that I whacked on and a MOE pistol grip too... Unfortunately P-mags are the only armalite mags that I own as I run them in my SR16 primarily, so I can't use anything else!

Re: Colt M4 & Variants
Not really after an ACOG in the sense of it actually being a proper ACOG that's really a red/green dot/crosshair will to me, just after the aesthetics of an ACOG =P thanks for the suggestions though guys =)

The G&G CM16 Carbine...
Hello,
Well a while back I bought the G&G CM16 Carbine for its decent quality and good price, and I'm yet to start adding bits on!
I opted for the Carbine and not the Raider (looking back I have no idea why) so I don't have the luxury of the rail to add bits on
Just wondered what other people who have the G&G CM16 Carbine have done to theirs? Pics also if possible
I'm after an ACOG or similar, here is mine using my friends ACOG on my rifle:

Re: The G&G CM16 Carbine...
I'm not an M4 user, and am far from being a fan of them, but if I was to ever get an Armalite, I would get a vanilla M16 or M4. I don't like all these Sticklebrick M4s. For woodland skirmishes, all you really need is a good quality ACOG - like in your picture. It looks fine.

Re: The G&G CM16 Carbine...
I think that looks sweet as is to be honest mate. So many people are sticking ris units on and unecessary accessories on nowadays, that its actually more rare to see a bog standard M4 like yours!
Only thing I would do to that is stick a retro stock on that, like the ones seen on the CAR15, and also a slimmer retro foregrip.

Get a sling lol :p
But these guys make sense, you don't need rails for all the tacticool (and this coming from someone tacticooling his M4) but if you really want to stick more stuff on it shouldn't be hard to get a RIS set.
