The HK416 arrived today so once I attacked it with some optional extras I introduced it to the rest of the HK family in my house.

How about a Zero Dark Thirty inspired VFC H&K416? Completely re-wroked internals with mainly Lonex and SHS parts, ASCU V2 Mosfet, Lonex Titan A2 motor, Firefly hop rubber and a Prometheus barrel. Systema like trigger response with 22 rounds per second if required! Externals include an EOTech 553 on a LaRue scope riser mount, Surefire M600 Scout Light, G&P Dual IR/Visible Laser PEQ box, Magpul ASAP sling plate, CTR stock, MOE fore grip, trigger guard and RAS sling mount point. Not forgetting the AAC-2000 quick detach silencer and MS2 sling!
Also my KWA USP .45 with the Olive Drab lower frame. I havent seen many of them in this colour scheme tbh!

Gorgeous weapon, although I'll never understand why you guys don't run rail covers on your exposed railspace. It's pretty uncomfortable to hold, not to mention they get damaged pretty easily - and the HK rail covers aren't even particularly expensive in the context of RS accessories.

i dont have rail covers purely because i think they look cheap and nasty (obviously this is just personal opinion )

Tasmanian Tiger Mk 2 chest rig will take 4 HK417 pouches in standard configuration (not M4 version) and not pita to get out plenty of mollle for more pouches if needed. Quality kit 106 quid for rig
