Re: M14 Variants.
Here's my humble SOCOM - nothing too crazy. Modified slightly by installing a standard M14 heatshield and a vortex flashider. Also has a nice leather sling and a red/greed dot sight .

Re: M14 Variants.
Thread revival!! Has anyone been able to install an RS cheek rest on their stock without drilling straight thought the batt compartment?? Very tempted to do this myself and stick a lipo in so it can fit through the cheek rest screws

my first ever AEG and i still love it, the paint jobs not great but im in the process of giving it the DMR treatment, which will involve a new paint scheme.

Re: M14 Variants.
Not a very good picture but you get the idea.
Pretty generic M14. I hope to get a bayonet for it eventually for when on display.
Lady Astor (first woman MP in the House of Commons): "Mr Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd put poison in your tea."
Winston (getting unsteadily to his feet): "Madam, if I were your husband ... I'd drink it."
