Bringing back memories of a week I spent with the IDF in '08 - back then they were rare but occasionally you'd see someone on a bus with one slung over their shoulder. Nice little piece.

Good ideas there mate, I like the idea of gluing a spring in there. Its about the only thing thats ever bothered me with the TAR21.

friend of mine puts a grommet or thick o ring on his - seems to have solved the problem

They are some really nice guns, I love tavor's!!! I was in the process of saving for an ARES TAR-21 L but recently acquired a systema PTW m4 but I think I'd of been more impressed with the TAR-21!! Might have to keep saving!!! Keep the pics coming!!!

I've actually sold it since taking that photo, it's back to having the stock flash hider on it (I was never too sure about the fire pig on it...) Looking into getting a gemtech halo silencer for it and selling off my old king arms one.

This is my tar21 setup, got the angrygun front railguard which is a nice piece to have.
I would always like to swtich over to the Elite Force EBB version but the problem with that is the battery placement, with the angrygun handguard it is a dumb to unscrew both screws to place a battery which make the whole process so inconvenient

Fin, how did you get that QD sling mount to stay in?

Although when i think about it, i dont know if i've tried popping one in myself...

Just popped it in, not sure if there is anything special about it...found it on the gun when I bought it
