Ok, not a DMR, possibly an ego extender? But truly, I do not know where else to put it :D
The last SR25 I built made me really like the rifle, so I decided I needed one for CQB as well. This is what I ended up with.

PJ (A&K) SR25K as the base gun, replaced pretty much everything except the upper and lower receiver, had the barrel chopped and milled to the correct length (about 10") for the Mk18 RIS.

It is really really nice! I've always wanted to build a SR25 shorty. One day I definitely will! If only I could find those PMAGS in stock still! I need some!

Nice looking gat, but I fail to see how it could be considered an ego extender or a DMR. Not even remotely.

But since it's based on a SR25 I failed to see where else I should put it.

Doesn't fit in here, doesn't fit in M4 variants....new thread required for 7.62mm oddities such as this, Noveske's Leonidas, LaFrance M14k's, some of the crazy Flemming Firearms G3 shorties and the like methinks!

My newest creation a classic army AR10 with lots of nice internals and some lovely externals, probably get rid of it now as I cant think of anything else to do to it bar add a LR300 pistol grip and I feel I have maxed it out :D

It is the second longest weapon I own at 115cm long but weighs less the same as my WE XM177 think its an ego extender!

Currently working on an adaptor to put a set of rails on instead of the handguard, then going to run the battery from a PEQ box. Still to get a new one peice scope ring and bipod.

Got her running consistently at 500fps on .2s
Pushed it to 560fps but wouldn't want to go much higher :p
Now that the platform is stable it's time to bullpup it

Internals:

RATECH - Trigger set, Valve striker,

TSC - Reinforced hinge plate
Prometheus 6.03 650mm R-hop
Custom HPA Dual mag
Redline Firebase Reg running at 80psi.
