- Now finished, decided to change it a bit from my last set up to make it more realistic. Also got bored with some wire wool and glass paper, so decided to beat it up a bit.










Tokyo Marui M14 SOCOM
EJTrent's original gun. Gorgeous weapon and brilliant to fire. Though as I've never actually skirmished with it I've decided to sell it on.




Tokyo Marui MEU is still WIP, but should be done by the end of the month...

G&P L119a1 16" (modern) has started, well I have the barrel extension at least...

Cheers for the love, I'm finally happy with how the M4 is. Annoyingly I've had 3 different VFGs but the stock KAC-style one is actually my favourite.

May i ask how you managed too get that MOE pistol grip on the ics.

Glass paper (various grains) & Magpul PTS MOE grip.
Sand & dry fit, sand & dry fit, sand & dry fit *repeat for 1-2hrs*.
I couldn't get it to sit perfectly, without the screws holding it to the gearbox it is <1mm off, and it is tightened into place perfectly so I ain't complaining.

Oh, and if anyone's interested - Perr.Mike barrel extension to convert a 10.5" positive threaded barrel to a new style 16" SFW barrel. So the UKSF loadout is happening!

ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH! The Kimber its two tone!!! Only kidding, that is one very sweet kimber, the M14 is really nice too, I quite like the M4 too, Im not one to get mushy over M4s, but that is quite nice indeed.

Ditched the suppressor for the time being. It's crazy how much lighter and more maneuverable it's become! Will probably end up throwing it back on though...

What did you spray your M4 with? and was it just stell wool for the finish
