Re: WWII guns...
not really but good as a wall hanger or a vsr conversion.
the piston airseal is rubbish ,but got a replacement oring piston for a tenner off a hk site so if gets fps up with spring change will look at replacing the two piece barrel, otherwise wont bother.
only worth getting if gas version or has a wood stock not plastic

Re: WWII guns...
my K98.
TM VRS + Dboys K98 = a skirmish friendly K98.
the bolt handle i've epoxied into a ball untill i get the time and effort to make the back end look 1 to 1 right, but at the momment it does the job.

Re: WWII guns...
Nearly finished my MP44 now, just needs another varnish layer (although it is darker in real life), and the stock to be weathered itself.

Very nice bud!
Life is a short warm moment, death is a long cold rest,
you get your chance to try, in the twinkling of an eye,
eighty years with luck or even less.

Re: WWII guns...
I know what you mean, I'd just found a guy on the bay who does repro stocks for 41's and 43's, He does Beretta 38a and 38/42 stocks as well so I've spent the best part of today trying find the parts I need to get one together. Rocking house turd is all I'll say lol.
