This is my pretty beat up Skorpion. It developed a priming problem in the first 10 mags. It only functions OK now because I attached a piece of acetate on the blowback unit which gives it just enough elevation so that it will prime the valve knocker.

On top of that a friend of mine forcefully tried to retract the stock without squeezing it which of course, snapped it... which led to ANOTHER issue where basically the upper receiver pops up upon firing...

Despite all this, its my favorite pistol and I love it to bits...

Have you come to any conclusions regarding the durability of them, having two Maruzen and two Well MP5k's? (Considering all the hear-say about them rattling to bits/nozzle cracking etc)

I long considered getting one but all the reports of them breaking so fast put me off...

Durability? Not as woeful as some might have you believe. It's down to how you treat them I suppose. Maintenance is key, plus an enhanced loading nozzle is recommended. I'd imagine that those who have had them rattle to bits have simply 'over-exerted' them using green gas and over-exuberance.

Circa 2000 rounds per minute puts a BIG smile on your face and to maintain the high, folks just keep the trigger pulled a little longer.

Give one a go, as you can pick a used Well up for about £50-60 these days. Awesome fun. :D

Wow cracking array of mp5k`s you got there, had one of these and was impressed with the performance, operated faultlessly.Wish i`d never sold it on
