Re: Sniper rifles
I'm an owner of an SG Barrett with Polarstar engine and trust me I don't feel I'm hold a small gun or under powered!
It fires at 100psi 620fps with .25's after some tuning, and I can climb all the way to 120 and be in the manufactures limits of operation or reeach the 200psi and reach the engines limits!! Imagine the fps at 200 psi!

Re: Sniper rifles
I'll get some better pics when I get the opportunity.
It's the nicest thing I've ever owned, hell, ever held in Airsoft! Ever!

Re: Sniper rifles
Is that a RS SVD V2
If it is then you have an amazing rifle... All you need to do if you want to upgrade it is to swap the barrel and bucking! No need for stiffer spring.
I also have one and I love it... Now I'm waiting a special SVD!!

Re: Sniper rifles
It is a RS V2, I'm not gonna fiddle with it until I think it needs a boost.
Considering a real steel scope though. This gun deserves it.

Re: Sniper rifles
Yes indeed !!
I also have a real steel POSP on mine... It's not the best scope out there... In fact is pretty bad but it's completing the look of the gun!

Re: Sniper rifles
I can't believe the attention to detail. A steel screw together cleaning rod, sight tool, armourer's tool, a novel for an instruction manual. The list goes on.
And not a hint of pot metal anywhere!

Re: Sniper rifles
Pretty good on a standard battery. Got to change to deans so I can try my 7.4 20C in it.
I think its gonna be pretty snappy.

Re: Sniper rifles
Nice. Im tempted to get one and run a build similar to my EBR. 6.02 barrel, 11.1v 20C lipo, and find some way of fetting it. Im led to understand the gears are very solid out of the box. If you get the chance, id be very grateful for a vid showing the response.

Re: Sniper rifles
I will do. Its on an 8.4 at the moment and its not bad, I think it will be great on a 7.4.
Got a new gopro to try anyway so Im thinking about doing a quick run over the gun in HD.

Re: Sniper rifles
I don't the 8.4V on the SVD... The GB lock up pretty easy!
I'm running mine mostly on 9.6V and it's decent, it can't be compared with the response of a P* or a TM PSG1!!
