KJW Sig Sauer P229 with proud markings and real steel grips.

I had to dremel the hell out of the inside of the grips to get them to fit, but it was well worth it if you ask me.

Looks nice--of course my carry weapon is a P229 in .357, so I am a bit partial!

If only it was non-railed! I like the white markings though. May do it to mine!

Do you find it a bit on the heavy side to carry all the time? Oh I do wish we could own handguns over here :c
To the OP, that looks very nice, how much did the grips cost you?

No, I'm so used to it I don't really notice it.
Unfortunately, the only P229's that you can get without rails are the Tanaka - which is not much of a skirmisher without some work (it's just not so durable) or the Prime kit for the Marui P226, but that will set you back about $1,000 USD just for the kit!
But I think the OP did a great job especially on working the grips to fit.
