Going to pick myself some of those battleaxe mags, at £10 quid a mag I can't help but get about 10! I'm currently using a custom mag pipe, but I really want the bolt lock feature.

How much did those upgrades set you back (if you dont mind me asking)? And, do you notice a big difference?

I look at these all the time and i still have'nt added mine up.

Any road, here's my Sopmod and scar and my tactical oven glove.



The sopmod has had the goodies done to it by E6 and the scar will be sent to them soon as i move into my new house.

First time I've posted an image of my gun without the intention of selling it!

TM CQB-R with a noveske 10" rail and quicksilver silencer.

Currently have her in the shop to have an E6 spring, bushes, cylinderhead and gears fitted. Aiming to push her up to more of a 330fps and nice & consistent; already fitted a tanio-koba 363mm twist to her.

I've also removed the quick-change system and put in gold contact bars and mini-deans to work with a 7.4v 3000mah lipo.

Then it's just a G&P RDS, clone EOtech 3x magnifier and tan midcaps.
Anyway, onto the interesting stuff:

another picture of my work horse, had it a few months now, absolutely outstanding performance, doesnt miss a beat. couldnt comment on a factory standard one, but with a full upgrade package it is matching a PTW or CTW on range and accuracy EASILY! couldnt be any happier with it.

Very nice...! What upgrades would you recommend on a standard SOPMOD M4? Firefly hop up rubber, prommy tightbore, different hop up, M90 spring?

Hornbill gears, leave the shims in exactly the same places as the gears before, change the spring to an M100, and put in a systema rubber and H nub. Cost about 50 in total, and couldnt be more please with it!

tm hop up rubber and unit is probably one of the best parts,so i wouldnt change it if i was you, you could upgrade the recoil spring,main spring, gears, and battery
