You pop a butt load of shims in between the barrel and reciever, then put it on like any other rail

Hey, I've read through lots of threads and I'm a little bit unsure so I'll ask as some people have changed them and some of the comments were from a few years ago so things may have changed.

With the stock on the M4 Sopmod. If I wanted to change it will a Madbull for example just swap in and out essentially. The stock tube isn't different or anything like that?

It's had the battery converted.

It's a Tm spec tube so it's needs to be for an aeg. In addition to that I put a g&g one on mine and it was tight along the rail runners, so I sanded the runners down( just took the paint off) and it was fine

So what stocks can you realistically put on a Sopmod or what has been done? I'm not adverse to a bit of tampering but I'm just trying to minimise ordering bits then having to send them back because it doesn't really help anyone.

My Scar L fair stock apart from the barrel being swapped out and some paint. Had to do a bit of dremeling and drilling to get the pws srx rail to fit. But now it's solid

Now... anyone know how to solidly mount an M203 to the barrel? Tried rubbers, insulating tape, grippy skater tape.. but no joy
