What camo paintjob for my M4?

okkay some of the paint is chipping so need to get it spray but thought about a camo paintjob?
so what do you guys think will look good?

Looks too new, give it some abuse for a more realistic look.

Problem with camo jobs is they come out a little "action man" if not done right!
