I missed the fact that someone asked how it was done...............................
each gun was photographed individually using a fixed focal length lens on a camera which was mounted on a tripod - the fixed focal length and camera position ensures the size of the guns relative to each other remains the same
each gun was placed on a white studio background and photographed using the same aperture and shutter speed - lighting was by two studio flash with large soft boxes
(as Sabbath predicted) the seven images are then assembled in Photoshop CS4 and then the size of the final image reduced - the final image size was about 12000x8000 pixels which was reduced to 3000x2000 pixels
