  • Pictures Of Your "Wooden Grip" Pistols

    More of a request really, but I'm looking to be inspired!

    Planning to build a "realistic" pistol, NS2 / system 7 based that looks battle worn. In my mind I imagine would be black slide/frame given some abuse with wire wool and dark wood grips. Ideally something a PMC might be using at the moment!

    I've so far had a look at the CZ75 and a few 1911 types, but I'm open to be swayed

                I think a 1911 is a good bet for a PMC loadout, and wives you plenty of choice for parts, brands and holsters. Here is my WE Hi Power though, weathered with RS wooden grips. Quite a cheap gun but very fun, and I liked the British connection, although it's the wrong type for a post 80s Brit loadout - believe they were about ad WWII and after service pistols though in this style.
