most quality guns should be able to handle a 9.6v battery on stock internals
although not sure when it comes to JG but im guessing it will be fine

Yh I ran my MG36 and G38k or 9.6v batteries for about a year and they were fine with it.

Got a small pile of 9.6v's that I'd like to continue using even if I leave the F2K at home for games rather than buying an extra 8.4v.
I ran my G36c on a 10.8v 1400mah for around 6 months on standard internals with the exception of having metal bushings fitted at new. (I had to cut away bits inside the battery compartment to squeeze it it though)
I never had an issue and reasonably impressive ROF too. I have since sold this gun to a friend who is still running it with no issues.
