Re: SRC GENIII HK416 Review (Not mine)
Issues i have came across:-
1) On my 416 one of the body pins that goes though the gear box was to short which didn't go all the way through but was a easy fix
2) One of the gears on the hop up unit had a bur on it so it would not let me put the hop up fully on (Reason why i had a terrible range).
Know that its fixed i can now shoot out to 40M no problem (Not great i know but it beats the hell out of my china soft guns).
3) Its built like a brick shit house meaning its hard work to access the gear box /hopup unit and barrel.
Everything else from Build quality to shooting is know awesome.
It has a SRC concave nub installed from stock which seams to do the trick.

Re: SRC GENIII HK416 Review (Not mine)
Cheers for the info and the link to the review... I am tempted getting one of these though the front wired PEQ box is putting me off... How is it weight wise on the front with the battery in? I would prefer a rear wired crane stock so it would mean opening it up and rear wiring which seems a shame on a brand new weapon
Have you had it crono'd yet?

You can fit a Li po in the ris. Intellect do a vast array of sizes and shapes and you will find one to fit any size space. I found one that fits into the pistol grip of a Type 97.

Re: SRC GENIII HK416 Review (Not mine)
I have the 14.5 inch one
FPS is very random for my 416 , It has been from 60 - to 356 (Being highest)
So its well within site limits

Re: SRC GENIII HK416 Review (Not mine)
The compression is 100% , The crazy 60 fps reading was because it was semi compressed after using it on full auto
I have rear wired this any way to a dream army mosfet which works great with the high torque motor, The hop up unit is super sensitive so only adjust in little increments
I also installed a madbull tight bore and prommy rubber just because i felt like getting the extra range which i did
