G&P m16a3 anygood

hi i am after a review on the above
just wondering if its any good
for reliability and obviously performance
now i have been after an m16 for a while and have looked at the g&p with m203 i might ad, as my best bet but i have heard that that G&P's can be a bit picky with reliablity meaning you either get a great one or a rubbish one
so if any one could help that would be great

G&P's are brilliant, I have one myself, no complaints what so ever, best 325 squid I ever spent!
