  • Can anyone do a review on the TM vsr-10?

This seems to be one of the more popular airsoft sniper guns, so i was wondering could anyone write a review on it please? im looking into getting one myself so i wouldnt mind hearing from some tm vsr owners how well it performs.

    Thanks

I bought a TM VSR 10 G-Spec off these forums a while back, it was stock.
When i got it out of the box i was very surprised on how easy it was to cock, and it was super quiet (couldnt be heard from about 5m away)
Being stock it was only shooting 280fps but still outranging most AEG's and being deadly accurate.
It performs best on .25's shooting at the stock fps.
I have since put a SP130 spring in mine, upgraded the sears to Laylax ones, replaced the standard piston with a Laylax high pressure one and replaced the cylinder head with Laylax one.
Now it is a lot more powerfull and i am getting about 60m accuratley out of it compared to the 45m when it was stock.

    Pro's
    - Light, very manouverable (some people like this
    - very accurate
    - very quiet
    - decent range
    - doesnt need upgrading as soon as you get it
    Cons
    - Too light for some people
    - cant think of any others

    Bert.

The barrels are a differen't length and the G spec comes with a silencer. The trigger is also ment to be updated on the G spec aswell but I dont know if its any better or not.

hi just to add once the gspecs are upgraded to 500 fps with the piston, cylinder and all the rest upgraded its no where near as quite as it is stock. is a shame cus its very quite stock.

I'd reccomend a Pro sniper, longer barrel might give a bit better range? Don't know.

i herd from other sources that a longer barrel gives you a batter range/accuracy ?

If you want the best of both, lengthen the barrel to 500mm's which is the longest inner barrel you can fit in a g-s[ec so that the silencer covers the barrel. If you do this though more barrel spacers are something you must add.
