Re: Bipods!
I only use a bipod if I'm defending a position, as it makes the gun easy to use and manoeuvre, but in a run and gun situation, it's a massive hinderance.
Just my two billion yen.

Re: Bipods!
Use the one on my 249 all the time , either in the prone or I hold it like a fore grip when moving up and firing .

Re: Bipods!
On the note of bipods, does anyone have a specific recommendation for a model?
Considering one for a sniper platform.

Any harris bipod clone on the bay is good
Lady Astor (first woman MP in the House of Commons): "Mr Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd put poison in your tea."
Winston (getting unsteadily to his feet): "Madam, if I were your husband ... I'd drink it."

Re: Bipods!
Is there a bipod that would fit a TM VSR Pro Sniper AND a 20mm rail? Just thinking ahead and have no knowledge of them whatsoever, sorry!

Re: Bipods!
Cool, thanks. I have a G&G GR15 and (having dodgy elbows) it can get a bit heavy, so I was thinking about some kind of bipod to attach to the rail. Plus, my next purchase will likely be a TM VSR Pro Sniper, so it would make sense to get one that fits both weapons :D

Re: Bipods!
I only use a bi-pod on my L96, simply because it's difficult to fire a 5kg rifle in prone without something to support it..

i currently have a bi-pod on my G&G GR16 atm. looks good and they way it fits it locks in perfectly over the magazine hole. no wobble or movement when its up. and supports it rather well when its down too.
but im now bored of that look. so im selling the bipod and S-mag for something else. rather wanting a m203 atm :P
