get a team mate, one opens the door, the other throws the flash bang. then close the door until the flash bang goes off (unless you have anti flash lenses) open it, and SAS style double tap everyone with your mate, or if you had 3 team mates, one stays in the coridor, watching out for any unexpected enimies, the other gets the door and the other flash bangs

in that case flash bang, open door, chuck it in the room, close the door (unless you have anti flash lenses), open the door, then double tap or bang kill everyone in the room depending on how close they are, or the less skillful way just chick in a bb greande or a BFG, they'll sort em out

EDIT: infact why not just clear the room with a CAW revolver launcher and 6 madbull 200 rnd grenades? sound good? hehe
