Issue with my G&P Sentry

Hey guys, purchased a G&P sentry off here a month or two back, and not had chance or the batteries/charger to test until now as been busy

Charged my lipo's and off i went, the motor is moving when the trigger pulled, but no matter how many times i have adjusted the motor screw im still getting nothing. There is a sounds as if its trying to kick in but doesn't seem to go any further, it even started smoking for a second at one point! :/

Any ideas guys?

Any advise as i really dont know the gearboxes, would really appreciate it!

first off mate, STOP PULLING THE TRIGGER

the gearbox could be locked up,

or there maybe a broken component inside the gearbox,
only way to find out is taking a look inside mate,

could be a number of factors to stop the gearbox turning over

broken gears
motor connections wrong way round
locked up gearbox
faulty bearings/bushings
broken AR latch

the list goes on

I think its the motor tbh mate, i only puled the trigger about 3 times lol and i dint keep the thing down im not that stupid! :/

Motor is connected up right as iv checked already

well people say its the motor etc

it spins and turns over when the motor is out of the pistol grip but nothing when gun fully built again

so if not turning over, its gearbox related not motor

None g&p spur had let go killing the bevel gear with it
