  • AGM M4 RIS ROF Issues - Help

Well, it's simple really, i have a shoddy rate of fire though my gun.
I've tried it through 2 batteries and the ROF stays the same, and i tried the battery's in my friend's scar, and another M4, and they kicked out a rather high ROF.

My friend had a theory that the spring was too strong, so pulling it back took longer.. if you get me. Although, it's entirely stock.

If anyone has an idea, or something which i could do, i'd love to know

    Cheers,
    Frost.

You need to upgrade your gun to get a higher ROF.

i was the person who said to strong spring . he doesnt want to upgrade it, he simple wants it normal. he tried it with my battery today and it was still slow.

so i said that as the springs strong, it takes the piston longer to come back as of the tension. that was my thery.

Chrono the gun as sniperjesus said, or had said . If it's shotting hot that could be it.

It could also be a bad shim job, knackered motor/gears/piston/wiring etc, the gun could be dirty inside. Or it could just need upgrading as said.

its a pants motor in the AGM's whip it out and find a second hand CA high speed, or even a tm motor, heck of a difference! My housemates M4 was poo, popped a mosfet on it, much better, months later, whacked a CA high speed motor in there and the rof was stupidly quick, had to take off the mosfet!

If you do the above a stock AGM gearbox will die. Go with a CA highspeed, TM EG1000 or G&P M120.
