Star UMP Feed issues

I have a star UMP which double feeds , i have changed most inner parts and replaced with a TM g36 Hop unit , also systema blue 60 hop rubber but the bucking was too hard so left this out and stayed with the original bucking , i am now thinking the Hop rubber is not firm enough , but if anyone knows of another reason your comments are welcome

Systema Hop buckings should be black.
Do you have the hop turned up enough to be functional?
Do you have the correct Airseal nozzle?
If the tappet functioning smoothly? (when you push the airseal nozzle in does it return without resistance)
Sector gear shimmed too highly?

Hop rubber was a Madbull one, my mistake, have adjisted hop and still get the same problems. The air seal nozzle is definately right, a promethus one brought at the weekend. Will have to test the rest later when i get home, thanks.
