M14 outer barrel issue

After replacing the bolt charging handle on my TM M14 the other day i have found that the lower mock gas tube part of the outer barrel (G&P EBR type) has become loose.

The barrel itself is solid but the lower part and the rest of the assembly rotates slightly which effects the position of the front sight,

There arent any visible bolts etc to tighten and with the gun being such a pain in the ass to disassemble i wondered if anyone has a fix before i take it to bits again?
