Bevel Gear
13 May, 2012, 17:13
Got a bearing stuck on my bevel gear (type 89, version 8) which seem to me to have a that looks exactly the same as the Marui Recoil series gears;

Though on 01 website it says that this will fit the type 89 gearbox

Seems to me the only difference is to do with the anti reversal latchy bit, though i am not sure if this has the potential to mess up the gearbox/ 3 rd burst if i get the wrong one, so dont particularly want to mess it up . Anyone know what would be the best one to go with?
Also if anyone wants to let me know how to get the Fing bearing off the gear that would be fantastic too, also have to get a new set of bearings so if anyone can recommend a good set of 6mm ones that would also be appreciated!
Cheers

Re: Bevel Gear
Go with bushings, much more reliable at 6mm
