Does this look like my P90 loading nozzle is nackered? Gun misfeeds big time

Looks like an ACM one, I had one that looked the same many moons ago.
Never ever fed right either.
Just replace it.

That doesn't look clean cut at all, I don't doubt that you will benefit both ways from getting a proper nozzle.

^^^^^^^ Supposed to look like this ^^^^^^^^^^^
I'd be shocked if you're doing more than 200fps with that air seal

^Hahaha, I'd also recommend checking the hop bucking lip for damage! That things shaped like a chisel! + Make sure you have a ported piston head if you buy a smooth non ported nozzle

Ported nozzle? Never heard of that! What would cause the nozzle to look like that, misfeeds nozzle hitting stuck bb?

Re: P90 Loading nozzle nackered?
I've never heard of a ported nozzle either ????
As for what caused the damage ? The end of a nozzle will wear with time and use but that sort of damage is unusual. You may have had a manufacturing defect that finally gave out or may have been damaged during assembly . Could have hit a jammed BB but you would have had to clear the result. (or it could be a dodgy design and it came looking like that
)
As said before , check your hop chamber and rubber for damage as the broken end went somewhere.

How old is it?
I cracked mine open and noticed after its first half day skirmish, I say half because I got pi$$ed off with its issues half a day in.
I just put it down to shoddy ACM build, mine was a KS version and looked exactly like that.

Some nozzles have a cruciform end hole to allow air to go back past it when the piston retracts. You don't need one of these if you use a ported piston head because air can travel back through the piston head.

Re: P90 Loading nozzle nackered?
Looks like the clear plastic one is the one from an "A.E.G" or KS gun (gearbox colour also gives it away)
And yes it's broken if it is.
I'd also get a new tappet plate as the standard "clear" one snaps off at the back.
