G&G M14 Hop Up Help please!
16 May, 2012, 22:42
Well here is the issue
I have a new G&G M14 Veteran with Walnut stock and its a beast. It was shooting near 417FPS so I had it reduced to to what the dealer said wa 320..it chronod at 340 with 2.5s and it did not matter what I did to the hop the bbs (shooting 2.5s) flew about the same distance as my G&G M4 rush before sailing straight up in the airwhich gave me a wonderfull gun with the same range as a cheap m4!
Not what I bough the gun for so the question is do in need to use 0.30 or is there a trick with Hop Up im missing as the M14 hop up is different to any ive usd before
Please help!!!
Many thanks
ClockworkAK!

Sounds like the nub is sitting incorrectly. They sail upwards even with it turned right off? I found with most g&g hops that they apply a lot of hop in the first few teeth.
