King Arms barrel nut

Hi Guys

Ive just taken ownership of a King Arms Larue 9" tactical. I had plans to install a 16 Noveske barrel and larue 13.2 rail, however...

I have tried and tried to remove the original larue barrel nut and managed to snap my WE armours wrench. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove it? Do king arms use glue, lock-tight or just weld there barrel nuts?
