Magpul Masada PTS spring and hop rubber upgrades

Ive got my Masada, but in one of the spare barrels i have, the hop rubber seems to of become slightly knackered. Any advice on what to replace it with?
Also, if i can source a longer barrel for it, then i would be looking at upgrading the spring inside it to increase the FPS to make it a DMR. Any suggestions? The spring upgrades for this rifle are so easy to do, with a quick change system, so just need some advice!

Gaurder clear if you can find one provide good hop in the masada without needing the hop mod doing for heavier bbs, as the masadas hop is a little lacking without being modded. what fps are you after as a longer barrel will increase fps somewhat anyway.

Up to 350, or 425 if i decide to go full DMR and lock to semi auto. 18" Barrel and a spare spring so i can change between the CQB barrel and 340 FPS and and the long barrel and the 18in.
