Tm mp5 keeps spring locking

Hey guys, got a second hand tm mp5 a3 and it was spring locked when I got it, I opened everything up and released the spring but surprise surprise it happens again, what can I do?

Have you tried a different battery ? Battery could be fcuked!!!start with the simple stuff first

Ohhhh thats got it working, i was fooled by thr old battery because it worked in ever other gun, we're fine now! Thanks!
