ASCU Mosfet issue

Bought an AEG wth one of these fitted.....can't get the AEG to fire on semi without the MOSFET bleeping and the gun refusing to fire and now when I go to full auto the AEG shoots all by itself.

Batteries were fully charged at time of testing, and when it shoots ROF and range are bot excellent so it's no the gears of the motor as per the ASCU booklets troubleshooting guide.

Anyone offer any insights please?
