bbs just flopping out the barrell

finally got the gearbox sorted and back into the reciever but come across another problem this is just the aeg from hell. the problem now is the balls just flop out the end of the barrell am i right in thinking that this would be a air leak problem ?

the bit that moves the nozzle back and forward to chamber a bb,if it breaks or the spring comes off it then it just stays still,easy way to check look into the hop unit from the mag well and fire the gun ,you should see the nozzle moving back and forth.if not then its another gearbox stripdown.

Id go for what others have said, tappet plate (spring or the nozzle has jumped off the tappet plate).

Before stripping check to see if the air nozzle is moving coz if its feeding fine and tht then its ur airseal
