AGM HK416, how do you change the hop?

Hi,

I want to change the hop rubber in my AGM HK416, I have never opened up the gun for repair before, could anyone guide me through the process?

The video above shows a "one piece" hop up. my AGM HK416 had a "two piece" hop up and was front wired. you will need to (if yours is front wired) remove the RIS and loosen the wires, ie snip any cable ties oh! and maybe remove outer barrel but its been2 years and i have 7 bloody rifles inc 2 HK416 one gas. then once you split the upper and lower receivers you can just slide the barrel out and then it is like the video again.. i have rear wired and single piece hop upped which required a bit of cutting with a dremmel on the lower receiver. i hope this helps...
