G&G Raider GR15 won't shoot at all.
14 August, 2012, 19:50
I think this is a newb problem but I haven't had then long, I think it could be the mag as it really don't believe the gun could break easily (I've barely shot it) and I look after them well... The gun used to shoot a few bullets en stop but now it won't at all also it definitely isn't jammed. I heard you aren't supposed to store the mags with bullets in is this true? Ive been doing this O.O if I do have to get a new mag, can anyone suggest some compatible ones? Please help I know almost nothing about airsoft! Sorry for long post but can't believe my gun doesn't work

Re: G&G Raider GR15 won't shoot at all.
Had a simalar issue with my AEG recently, was quite worried about it. Turns out it was both my high caps stopped winding properly at the same time - one was a newly opened marui as well, only skirmished once. Made a switch to mids, worked a like a charm since then. And yeah, as far as I'm told, don't store BBs in mags when not in use. I think it smooshes the springs.

Ok thanks, had it figured for the mag. Are PMAGS any good? By magpul.

Can anyone comment on midcaps PMAGS? Are they compatible?

Re: G&G Raider GR15 won't shoot at all.
Definately narrowed it down to the mag? Seems a bit brief in your posts..
As for pmags I'd recommend them 10x over, been using them for a while now and never had any issues, they've been dropped and chucked across concrete with no worries. Feed up to about the 4/6th last round too which appears to be pretty good for midcaps as you find some that don't feed the last 10+ rounds but again had no worries. Only downside is there a little pricey but definately worth the money!
