TM G36K Recoil Shock - Upgrade parts?

Can anybody point me in the right direction for upgrade parts for the TM G36K Recoil Shock? Recommendations for parts to upgrade it to 350 fps would be very welcome.

A quick Google should bring up a company that specialise in the TM Recoil range fella, can't mention them unfortunately!

I'm looking at the Hornbill gear set and the 6mm bearings but not sure about the piston and piston head. They all show for sopmod and none specifically state for G36 - are they the same?

I was also going to go for the M100 spring - as long as that keeps it below 350fps?

I've posted this on their Facebook too but not sure if they are reading that.

I've got all Prom parts in mine, including gears etc with an M100 and it is consistant at 340.

It has nearly every Prom upgrade part in it so you should be fine with 350 limits on an M100 even if you go wild with upgrades

not sure if the Sopmod and G36K piston/piston head are the same though, sorry. An email to the company or a PM on here to the owner will clarify things though!

The G36K Gearbox shares a lot of parts with the AK74mn/ASK74u recoil series V9 box. The Pistons are different than the SOPMOD as they have the cutouts at the top of the back ends for the recoil bolt above where as the SOPMODs recoil assembly is behind the spring guide.
Prometheus are a top end brand and cover most of the internal parts for both, I wouldn't advise cheaping out on parts for such an expensive gun, value for money doesn't really cut it, it's not going to be value for money if you keep having to replace poorly made parts, the cost soon adds up and you'd have shot your self in the foot if you end up paying more than you would have a paid for the higher end part.
Richardy is the man to talk to for TM's recoil series, so it may be worth dropping him a PM if you have any specifics.

New version 1 or version 9 - AK and G36 recoils

Gears – Next Gen AEG gears
Spring – Next Gen Upgrade springs (shorter than normal AEG springs)
Spring guide – You can use a Version 3 spring guide BUT i recommend the Spring guide for the version 9 gearbox, which is simply a version 3 spring guide with a screw hole in the back for the scar and ak stocks to screw in too.
Piston – This uses a NEW version 1 piston which is specifically for the new version 1, at the time of writing the only options where prometheus and TM original. (please note the AK and g36 use the same piston but the scar uses a scar specific piston however! players have been installing the scar piston in the ak and it works)
Cylinder – Any Full size cylinder will fit. Either type 0 or A for 363mm and over or type B or 1 for the shorter barrel 260mm versions
Piston head – This version doesnt need any support on the back of the piston head thus uses a NEW version 1 piston head or also called VERSION 9 piston head is different from the sopmod version but still different from an normal aeg one.
Cylinder head – (still too confirm) Normal Version 3 cylinder head
Airnozzle – Ak74MN Air nozzle (as with ALL airnozzles they are gun specific) - Im assuming the g36 will have its own specific nozzle too which isnt out.
Anti-reverse Latch – Next Gen Anti reverse latch
Bushings – Any 5.9mm or 6mm bushing or bearings. (if the bearings you are installing are a little tight dont force it, gently rub the inside of the hole with sand paper or a needle file to make it an easyer fit for the bearings, note it should be tighten enough that they dont spin but not so tight as damage ocours to the shell of the bearing)
Tappet plate – Original TM tappet plates ONLY atm.

hmm apon re reading i guess i need to sort out the guide a little could do with separating g36 and ak now that those others are a little more popular.
