non lipo batterys that fit in a peq15

need some help finding one
apparently a 1400mAh 9.6V fits in but i cant find one thats the right shape

No chance, PEQ-15 is quite dinky. You'd get a 9.6v mini in a PEQ-2 but in the 15 you're looking at a lipo

think i might have found one,it uses aa batterys 9.6v 1400 mah

Erm, AA batteries are 1.5v per cell, and I'm pretty sure won't have a discharge rate suitable for an AEG

I'd say you're going to have to search the HK retailers for that, although a model shop may be able to make you one up
