    As it says above came out of a jls Rx 4

    close's as you can get are the guarder and tm hop units ( early tm ) nice to see another rx4 owner :P

      It's the top half of a two piece HOP as used in some M4/M16 types.

        ^ This indeed.
        And as JohnnyJ says, Guarder make a suitable replacement, you may however have to import it as I've not seen one in the UK for a while.
