G&G SR-25

I have just bought a G&G SR-25 from Zero one. I paid for the rifle to be upgraded to 400fps, this included a new barrel, piston head etc.

I took it airsofting yesterday and it has no range and no accuracy. When i say no range my JG HK416 out performed the SR-25 running at under 350fps. The accuracy was so bad that i couldn't hit a target less than 30m away. It didn't help that the hop hadn't been assembled properly.

I had cleaned the barrel as i know sometimes new rifles have grease in them.

Can anyone recommend a hop rubber and nub to suit this DMR, also from their experience what weight BB and maybe a better barrel to use?

I was running 0.25s if it helps.

Id contact Zero1 and ask them to check everything out again espesialy if you found something put together incorrectly.

I will do but something tells me they wont be interested.

I did receive all the standard parts with the rifle so i may just put it back to standard for now and see how it behaves.

Did it come with a warrenty? Id name and shame the company.

Well he bought it from Zero One... so I guess the naming and shaming has been done already!

Missed that sorry. My advice on contacting them first still stands though.
